They helped make me feel confident that my car would be repaired in a timely fashion and even tho they mentioned they couldn’t get a loaner right away - they were still able to accommodate the moment a car came in. On my 3rd Kia Lease. Tire pressure was dropping and I stopped in to ask if someone could take a look. In 1 hour, Service removed a nail, repaired the tire and washed my car (as a courtesy). This is very typical of the no nonsense Service at Bridgewater Kia. I paid a nominal fee and was on my way. Thank you to all who helped out!

The staff is friendly but it’s very disappointing to go in and get a lot of service done on your car and not one mention of applying an available coupon(s) to help the customer save money or to help offset the 3% credit card fee they pass along to their customers. Who carries that kind of cash around? Most people do not. I found out after my visit and accidentally that there were coupons they could’ve applied. But not one mention of it. Beyond incompetent.
Bought a car and a platinum warranty. My horn died, brought it in for warranty work. Called ahead to get a loner. Denied it despite promising they were always ready if i needed them for warranty work. Asked them to pick a day that wont be busy and I can wait instead. They picked 2pm on a friday. I came into the dealership needing to get into a new lease and Hunter was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and patient (I am very indecisive!) and made me feel very comfortable. I never felt pressured or rushed. He worked with me and my budget and I am in love with beautiful new Kia K4! This is my second vehicle from Kia, and this Bridgewater dealership, and I will most certainly be returning when this lease is up.
The staff were all courteous & welcoming. Service was over all excellent but I was told there was nail on 1 of the tires & the tire need to be replaced . Went to good- year dealer to compare prices but was told there was no nail, no need to buy a new tire .

Fernando was great! I came in for a routine maintenance but had an issue with my car that has been happening for over eight months. I had originally went to a different dealership for service, and they were not able to identify the issue. But Fernando took his time and documented everything that I told him, and after spending a couple of hours there, they were able to identify the problem, and got it corrected. Fernando and the rest of the staff are always friendly and the service. It's top notch!

Went to Bridgewater Kia on the spur of the moment and had noticed the large inventory of hybrid vehicles. Our salesman Harold was very helpful. He explained our new vehicle options clearly and helped us get the best price. Friendly atmosphere. My only advice would be to bring snacks. They like to wrap up the sale on the same day and we were starving.
We bought our used Seltos here and now have it serviced here as well. Upscale and organized and great communication. I had service at another Kia place before coming to Bridgewater Kia and it was a horrible experience. I will be sticking with this dealership.

Very POSITIVE experience getting a Kia Niro EV from Bridgewater Kia. The salesperson, Hunter B., was knowledgeable, responsive and patient (NJ state rules/programs for EVs are somewhat complicated..). Would recommend and I will definitely be back for future leases.

Bridgewater KIA is the best & only dealer l trust with my Optima plug in hybird. Their loaner vehicle has been a major benefit for the few times my Optima required over a week to complete the repairs. The shuttle service is another customer convenience. I love how they track warranty repairs and take care of them. My experience spans six years. Their customer service has always been 5 star service.
Getting an appointment is easy and convenient. I Don't have to wait for weeks. Staff is excellent and helpful. They explain everything. Waiting room is very good, kids love the chips..

I was so surprised, when I brought my KIA Soul in for a problem with no power in dash. Expected to spend hours and car problem was solved within 1 hr. Very courteous staff.
I wanted to share my bad experience with your service center, staff who tried to bait and switch when I came down for service.
I had spoken to Michelle before I scheduled the appointment for 24k mile factory maintenance and the price quoted was $120 for my vehicle, but when I came here for service I was told $139+ for Oil Change only and to replace filters it was $299+. This is clearly bait and switch tactic used.
