Bridgewater KIA is the best & only dealer l trust with my Optima plug in hybird. Their loaner vehicle has been a major benefit for the few times my Optima required over a week to complete the repairs. The shuttle service is another customer convenience. I love how they track warranty repairs and take care of them. My experience spans six years. Their customer service has always been 5 star service.

I was so surprised, when I brought my KIA Soul in for a problem with no power in dash. Expected to spend hours and car problem was solved within 1 hr. Very courteous staff.

We had a car breakdown on the interstate. We drive a Kia Soul so wanted a Kia dealership for repair. We called Bridgewater Kia and spoke to Danny Veli in service. He told us to have towed in and he would get it diagnosed and repaired quickly to get us back on the road. We are from Indiana and were traveling through New Jersey. I really recommend your service department. My 2023 forte was slated to go to Canada on Friday morning Monday afternoon. My check engine light came on bought it in on Tuesday Morning Taylor in service scanned my car right away found out. It was a transmission code after checking some bulletins, ordered the part immediately, and had my car back to me by Thursday night and on its way to Canada on Friday morning
The dealer operates a well organized car service program. I have relied on them to maintain my Optima Hybrid since 2018. Over these years Taylor has always been an excellent service rep. Everyone at this dealership is very nice and they are extremely knowledgeable! I came in for an oil change and they took care of my recall at the same time so I didn’t have to come back. They’re waiting area is comfortable and they offer free Wi-Fi, snacks, coffee, and water. You don’t see that too often anymore. Best Kia dealer in the area, hands down!
