I really recommend your service department. My 2023 forte was slated to go to Canada on Friday morning Monday afternoon. My check engine light came on bought it in on Tuesday Morning Taylor in service scanned my car right away found out. It was a transmission code after checking some bulletins, ordered the part immediately, and had my car back to me by Thursday night and on its way to Canada on Friday morning
The dealer operates a well organized car service program. I have relied on them to maintain my Optima Hybrid since 2018. Over these years Taylor has always been an excellent service rep. He goes the extra mile when necessary to insure the work is done as well as possible. Always glad when he is my service rep.

Everyone at this dealership is very nice and they are extremely knowledgeable! I came in for an oil change and they took care of my recall at the same time so I didn’t have to come back. They’re waiting area is comfortable and they offer free Wi-Fi, snacks, coffee, and water. You don’t see that too often anymore. Best Kia dealer in the area, hands down!

I had a car accident beginning of December. Once I was able I went back to Bridgewater Kia and started the search for my ner car. I loved my original car, 2020 Kia Sportage LX.
