Trim level details in 2019 Kia Sorento
The interior look of the Sorento is more upscale and refined than ever before, with more features and capabilities available across all trim levels. The Sorento is available in five trim levels – L, LX, EX, SX and SX-Limited.
The Sorento L trim offers a new 7-inch touchscreen display audio system. It comes standard with a 2.4-liter inline-four-cylinder GDI engine that is coupled with a revised six-speed automatic transmission. The L trim comes with front-wheel drive and has room for seven passengers. New front and rear fascias add more spunk and style to the exterior look, turning heads down any street.
The Sorento LX trim offers all of the features of the L trim but allows drivers the opportunity to upgrade their engine to the available 3.3-liter V6 engine coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission. It also has available the advanced all-wheel-drive system for greater control over the Sorento’s handling in inclement weather.
The EX comes standard with front-wheel drive but also offers availability of AWD models. It adds on to the features offered on the LX by including projection fog lights, Driver Attention Warning and Lane Keeping Assist. Available upgrades for the EX include Parking Distance Warning –Forward, an upgraded navigation system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, and a Harman Kardon surround sound premium audio system.
The Sorento SX includes all of the features on the EX, but adds more comfort and convenience features like two-way power-adjustable lumbar support for the driver and front passenger, a wireless phone charger, and optional LED headlights with High Beam Assist and Low Beam Assist. The navigation system and Harman Kardon audio system come standard on the SX.
The Sorento SX-L trim is the top trim level available for 2019 models. It has all of the features of lower trim levels, making it fully loaded and ready for whatever adventure life brings you. All trim levels except the L trim offer a Magna Dynamax intelligent AWD system.
